About: Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust - Queen's Medical Centre Campus / Paediatric surgery

(as a parent/guardian),

My daughter (aged 9) was a patient at the Children's Surgical Day Case Unit at QMC Nottingham where she had a tooth taken out under general anaesthetic.

I would like to thank the staff on the Unit particularly Rachel and Claire who took such good care of us and paid particular attention to the details of how to make a child comfortable e. g remembering the names of toys and discussions about school and holidays.

My daughter and I had a very positive experience and I would be grateful if you could pass our thanks on.

Finally, I would like to thank Ikbal Mahal, (dentist) for her excellent care and professionalism.
