"Outstanding standard of care!"

Last night I used the A&E services at UCH due to a skin infection that was worsening rapidly. Every aspect of the service I was provided was absolutely amazing, and the only thing that bothered me a little were the waiting times (but it was understandable due to the number of patients) - had to wait 2.5 hours to be seen by a doctor. Still, he was in a great mood despite the fact that it was after midnight, and proved to be very helpful - I'm getting better already! I have to say that the staff in UCH were absolutely outstanding - everyone I asked for help was very helpful and reassuring. Would gladly recommend this place to anyone!
