We arrived at maternity assessment and the journey from mum/dad to be has been a whistle stop tour to parenthood. The midwives in delivery suite were excellent - our midwife Kate was fantastic. She gave just amount of reassurance and explained the process just before it was about to start.

Trip into ward 36 for post natal care has also been excellent. The midwives sit back and let the mums and dads take care of their own child and they offer advice and assistance preemptive and on tap. Once they sense any issue or improvement they do jump on it and keep you informed.

Can't praise them enough. The overnight midwife Liz was brilliant with our little one as she had a feeling something was irregular and kicked off loads of tests which helped us new parents keep calm. Top top service.
