About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as the patient),

I am happy with the service provided but would have liked the contact and appointment to have happened a little more quickly.

My experience with the consultation and treatment was very good and I have another appointment booked for May 2014

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. TRAQS is pleased to hear that our service met your expectations.

Unfortunately, TRAQS does not have any control over waiting times for local hospitals and clinics. Therefore, we also offer alternative providers outside of the Telford area to ensure that patients have access to the earliest appointments.

Nevertheless, we are very happy to hear that yout treatment went well and we wish you all the best for the future.
