What I liked

I didn't like anything and i am shocked at having to sy this. Be very careful when going to this hospital.

What could be improved

staff gave my daughter no information whatsoever when she attended A&E with a severe asthma attack. She was first sent home with antibiotics and had to return 3 hours later by ambulance. There were lots of staff sitting around doing nothing while people were waiting.

Anything else?

When she was put in a cubicle i noticed lots of bits on the floor that had not been cleaned. Then i noticed old dried blood on the curtains and also on the floor. I have taken photographs of this filth. She was not given any information about what was beeing done or why. This was continued on H3 where she was left for long periods without any water or checks.
