About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as the patient),

I went to boots opticians for hearing test and he told me I need to have a referral from my Doctor. I received a phone call two weeks after I saw my doctor to arrange an appointment to have an in depth hearing test to see if I need hearing aids. I had an appointment the next morning, after I had the phone call which I was surprised it was so quick. So the next day I went down to the Donnington medical centre at 12 o'clock to see a Mr Simon there and it was nice to be treated like you were important and I have to go back next Wednesday to have two hearing aids fitted as my hearing isn't too bad but need a bit of a boost. Thank you for treating me with respect and quickness, I do appreciate it.
