Chronic back pain, some periods of sciatica and some periods of involuntary foot movement. I was sent for an x-ray, revealing some wear and tear and slight slippage of vertebrae. A follow-up visit to the local Cottage Hospital Physio Department occurred, and a regime of back exercises has resulted in a vast improvement of my back condition.
