"Third session most difficult and perhaps the most useful"

Initial assessment for CBT delayed access to counselling not sure how to avoid this perhaps clearer referral from GP? This was my third counselling session with inclusion matters it has been the most difficult + perhaps the most useful. Not sure if 18 sessions of counselling with three different counsellors has actually enabled me to fully address the breadth + depth of the issues that surfaced. I was conscious of managing my disclosures to limit the pain realising there were only 6 sessions and possibility of perhaps 2 more but the real work has to be done in the real relationships in my life. I seem to have survived my worst nightmare and come to a peaceful acceptance of retirement.
