Sorry for not writing sooner, I fell and hurt my shoulder, as I am right handed, I could not write, it is not too good now, sorry. I feel much better after each week with Joanna very comforting. I had a little daughter in law, I just could not stop crying.

Joanna was a great help, I'm crying now because I'm writing about it. Some days I am very good, others, I do not know what to do with myself.

So very sorry for writing in such a miserable note. I would very much like Joanna for a daughter in how she held my hand for a while.

Dear Centre577,

Thankyou for sharing your personal experience. It sounds like you have had a very distressing time and although things are much better you still have occasional off days. Your post doesn't sound msierable at all. In fact, I think it will help others know that even when things are improving, it is normal to still have times when you feel weepy and down. It sounds like your sessions with Joanna have helped you and I hope that you will continue to improve as time goes on.
