(as the patient),

Alison Cox was really good at my motivation diary so I could go back to it if need, she also advised me on my pain relief, she had a few suggestions. I'm having my inspection before I get some relief for my pain, I have asked for an update in three months time.

It made me feel someone was there to listen and address my feelings, hopefully my pain relief will help.
