I respond initially to most of the posts and ensure they are passed to the appropriate team whether they are compliments, observations or grumbles. It is important to make sure all issues are addressed and I try to encourage that to happen for all the posts as required.

Dear tmage,

I am really sorry you feel this way about your recent stay in Crosshouse Hospital. It is clearly not the way we want people to feel. I have spoken to Mrs McGuire, the service manager and she would like to look into this further but we can’t do that without more details. We are keen to change anything we need to change, so I would like to encourage you to contact me on my personal email (eunice.goodwin@aapct.scot.nhs.uk) or phone me on 01563 826222 and in strict confidence, we can look into this for you.

Kind regards

Eunice
