I had been trying to contact the the ward where my mother had been admitted at 4am on the 7th Feb 09. Her name is quite unique. ( I know I cannot quote it on here) although my mother is very very old. she has never disclosed her DOB to anyone. I live over 100 miles from warrington nad feel very distressed I cant find out how / where she is. The recptionist was rude, dismissive, and very unhelpful. God help us all when we get older!!!!!!
