where do i start ?!?!?

the ward and assesment unit were dirty, no staff poor quality equipment, having to pay for tea & coffee whilst in hospital with my baby daughter who was ill, not offered even a slice of toast for breakfast, my daughter was sick on the floor early sunday morning and the floor was wiped with blue tissue but not washed until monday afternoon so the residue was left on the floor, empty alco gel bottle on side of sink, no other alco gel anywhere on unit. staff NEVER washed there hands ever. the new shift never introduced the nurse who was responable for my daughters care. it was a total nightmare of a stay. I will never stay there again i can have a choice of hospital hoe this hosptal has an exallent rating i will never know maybe some on paid some one to put that rating on here because i would never ever give it this rate
