I was pleased enough with the process of getting an appointment with the musculoskeletal clinic (was probably about a month from referral by GP) and I see that the stat on this page shows a 21 day wait for outpatient's first appointments. What I was far more shocked by is the 6 week wait for my second appointment (despite going from the therapy room to the reception desk). Are appointments being allocated to decrease the stat above or is the clinic understaffed? That said, my first appointment was fine and all the staff have been very friendly. As with most reviews, treatment seems good at the clinic, I just wonder how much extra damage I am causing myself with these extended waits and appointment processes
