We cannot thank the whole healthcare team enough. We have had consistently excellent care during a very stressful diagnosis and treatment of a long term condition. My 16 year old son and our family have been treated with respect and dignity and been involved in all decsions regarding care. All staff have demonstrated excellent levels of compassion/communication/ commitment/competence and care. A particular thanks must go to the doctor, their secretaries and lead nurse on Paddington HDU for the thier excellent care and communication. We are truly thankful.
