"Nursung staff at 6 north"

About: Royal Free Hospital

I have The Nursing staff at 6 north very unprofesional and unsafe to care for children. They gave my 7month old baby medication twice in an hour where he should have only once a day. On few occaions they were asking the parents how and when they should give medicines? They never know how to follow doctor notes. They wasnt able to communicate with parents at all. The staff did not know where thing are in hospital eg. baby bathroom, parents shower or how to contact and deal with other appoinments when we were reffered to another hospital for further tests. Most of them they dont know how to use the equipment which my baby was connected on for health issues. The matron of the ward never made any effort to talk to us and to look further on the serious incident we have about wrong medications given.
