"Emergency admission to Kings Mill Hospital"

Thanks staff in the Emergency Department and Emergency Assessment Unit at Kings Mill for helpfulness and friendliness for my relative, her partner and myself when she came in on Tuesday lunchtime. It sounds like a very busy and quite chaotic time, though had calmed down a bit when I got there mid afternoon. Staff all being very helpful and friendly helped reduce our anxiety. In particular one of the nurses listened carefully to something my relative was very worried about, took it seriously, and acted on it, thank you.
