"An excellent experience"

I visited the Orthopaedic outpatient department today with my elderly mother. Being generally in very good health, and having not asked much of the NHS during her life, she had unfortunately received intolerable behaviour and treatment at other hospitals on recent visits. All the staff we met today without exception treated her with utmost respect and friendliness, and talked to her like a human being and an individual. They restored her confidence moving forwards for any treatment she may subsequently need. We can't thank you enough.
