"Care, compassion and professionalism"

This is the 2nd time my granddaughter was taken by ambulance to Epsom after having seizures. I cannot express how wonderful the staff were, from the moment the ambulance arrived, the ambulance staff were fantastic, and then on arrival at the Hospital, the staff were equally fantastic. My granddaughter (as were myself and daughter) were treated with dignity and compassion by all we encountered. I personally feel that our local GP and staff members should spend a day with you and learn how to handle and treat people. My heartfelt thanks to all.
