My mum was taken in on Thursday, and from the Ambulance crew who fetched her in, to A&E and then to ICU. The doctors and nurses kept us informed as to what was happening, and explaining to us in a way that we understood.. Nothing seems too much for them. Great job guys. By far one of the best hospitals in the country.
