"Minor injuries unit - foreign object in eye from..."

About: Malton Community Hospital

Whilst on holiday in the area I was unfortunate enough to get a cinder in my eye from the NYMR and had to visit the minor injuries unit here. I was seen promptly and efficiently by a nurse and was treated courteously and professionally by her. The follow up treatment was just as good - thank you to all the staff in this unit. The notes were forwarded electronically to my local surgery so they could follow up on my return. Unfortunately I did not receive the same professional courteous attention as at Malton! Even so everything is fine with the eye now - so thank you all once again in Malton.
