"No follow-up appointment and cannot get through on..."

About: Whipps Cross University Hospital

The consultant I saw was lovely and very supportive, however, I have not received the follow-up appointment promised... and am getting rather concerned! I have tried calling but am only being held in a queue - for very long periods. I was referred as an 'urgent' referral but if there is a problem then they are taking their time about seeing me. A very emotional time and I hope that someone will get in touch with an appointment soon.
