What I liked

Baring a few of the nurses I saw during my stay at UCH I liked absolutely nothing.

What could be improved

Communication with the patient, before and after surgery, from both doctors and nurses, numbers of doctors in the unit throughout the day, the aftercare and ability to get test results from the hospital

Anything else?

My stay at UCH and the communication I have had with UCH after my stay has all been appalling. I would never recommended this hospital, it was inefficient, uncaring and the worst hospital I have ever had the misfortune to be treated in. Even the online complaint feedback form doesn't work.
