I don't know what we would do without this hospital as it would mean waiting at least five hours at Harlow for a minor injury. I have used minor injuries dept on a few occasions and found the staff to be efficient and caring. Also, physio dept. extremely pleasant and professional. X-ray staff also very pleasant.
