"Excellent treatment"

I have just returned home from having an operation on my shoulder. I felt I must say thank you to all the medical staff who looked after me. In particular I would like to give credit to a Student Nurse who received me into Copford award. Her friendly but professional approach put me at ease from the outset, she is a credit to the Hospital Team. I felt throughout my stay which included an overnight stay I was treated very much as an individual and not just another patient. My Surgeon and his team where very helpful and informative and treated me with great care. I would also like to complement the Nursing staff in the Elective Care Centre who dealt with me for pre admission for being so helpful and pleasent. Although I wasn't looking forward to having this operation it was made a lot less painful by the way I was treated,"with a smile " Jo Roche
