(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I have on many occasions tried to express my appreciation to you and your colleagues for the fantastic care you all gave to M, without that help B and I would not have been able to keep M at home, the thing I was desperate to do, and due to you all that was achieved, for which I will be very grateful.
