"Very disappointed"

About: Leicester General Hospital

I visited the Neurology department at LGH on 23/01/2014 following electric shock I had at work, the Neurologist (I do not know his name ) said the he require a nerve conduction study to see how much damage to the nerve of my RT Arm, and that he will request this urgently and I should hear very shortly then he will see me again once the study is back (he said maximum within 6 weeks. Ever since 23/01/2014 to today 14/07/2014 I heard nothing neither the appointment for the nerve conduction study, nor the follow up with the Neurologist. Since the accident to now I am losing felling in my RT Arm, and shooting pain. Visited my GP several times and he says he will contact the Neurologist and I should hear shortly, again nothing happened for 7 months, I do not know where should I go or what to do
