"Urgent appointment - Cough and voice problem"

About: North Manchester General Hospital

I found the long waiting period somewhat stressful as patients and partners/friends were coming in, who couldn't find chairs to sit on. If you stood up to use the toilet, someone would be sitting in your place when you got back. Staff were lovely and the doctor was very calming and pleasant during endoscopy, and open re: my worries.

Thank you for leaving your comment regarding your visit to the Ear, Nose and Throat department at North Manchester General Hospital. We are sorry to read you found the waiting period stressful but we are very pleased you found the staff were lovely and calming. We are a bit confused as to which department you were in as you have put your comment under the heading of Ear Nose and Throat but refer to the Endoscopy department.
