"Still Waiting"

About: Broadgreen Hospital

After months of waiting for treatment, I was randomly given an appointment without being consulted so of course I was unable to make it. I re-scheduled, but then told on the day of my appointment that by some mistake it had not been booked for me and they couldn't make time for me. I'm then told I'll have to wait another 7 weeks for an appointment. Utterly irresponsible and unhelpful service.
