I want to express my appreciation for the care and service that I received from all staff members when admitted to Thrustle Ward on Saturday evening July 12th.following food poisoning. They were clearly under pressure from coping with male patients admitted with drink and drug related conditions, but they maintained their pleasant ,efficient and polite manner.
