A huge thanks to all the staff in the Emergency Department who were very friendly and efficient last week when I visited for an assessment of my dislocated shoulder.

I am sorry to hear of the circumstances that brought you to the Emergency Department but glad that our staff were friendly and efficient during a difficult time. It has been a pleasure to share you thanks with staff working at the Emergency Department at the Horton General Hospital, and with senior management responsible for those areas. I hope you are recovering well.
