"Thoroughly disappointed with the way the nurse spoke to me"

About: Cheltenham General Hospital / Accident and emergency NHS 111

(as the patient),

I had severely burnt legs with blisters running down the side of my calf, my legs were swollen and I couldn't walk without a limp. After showing them to a family member, they told me to go to hospital. I compromised and called 111, on their advice I went to the emergency department at Cheltenham General Hospital. When I arrived everything seemed fine, until I was seen for a primary consult. The nurse was very rude and made me feel very small. She told me I shouldn't be there and that I should go home and stop wasting their time as I was being dramatic. I left immediately without being seen by a nurse or doctor for any sort of treatment. I was thoroughly disappointed with the way the nurse spoke to me and will be avoiding Cheltenham General Hospital Emergency Department in the future.
