"Very caring team of people"

About: New Victoria Hospital / Endoscopy

(as the patient),

I have had 2 appointments over the last 2 years at the endoscopy unit. Each time I have visited & been treated I have left feeling very impressed and grateful that we have such an efficient unit here.

Appointments are taken on time, you are kept informed of what is to happen at every stage and after a procedure you are given the results of your investigative procedure straight away. They are also a very caring team of people. My husband was given information about when to come & collect me and they looked after him too.

The unit itself is very modern and clean.

This is a unit we should be very proud of in the NHS
