(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I had a couple of falls two years ago and ended up staying in Trafford General overnight. I thought the care there was excellent and when a neighbour came to pick me up, she said she couldn't believe how spotless the ward was.

I've also been for MRI scans there and it's always been excellent.

We can assure you that we have passed on your comments to all the staff working within the Trauma and Orthopaedics service who will be very pleased to receive them.
