What I liked i am not sure if this site applys to me i attended st cathrines in the Heartbeat centre for twelve weeks i am a diabetic and this programe has helped me tremendlously i was over 16 stone at the onset and due to this progame and the follow up i am now down to 13.5 stone, i am well pleased with this. What could be improved? You can not improve on what the exisisting heartbeat team do what you could think about doing is expanding the facility that is in place and if this is not viable becauase of funding why not concider offering the patiants the chance to pay for further attendance to the facility i for one would willingly do this rather than pay the council or private gymasiums the money, then the money you acrue could pay towards the cost of running the facility at this point we would not need the expertese of the medical staff that for they have done there job and very well i must say
