"Waiting for a ct scan"

It was suggested I should go for a ct scan after waiting for aprox 2 weeks I got a phone call To go the hospital to see a specialist I was examined for about five minutes and told I would need an urgent ct scan I was given the form to bring to the department I went to the department and gave the form in I was asked when would I be available for the scan I said any time that was over two weeks ago since then I have received a letter from my dr that an urgent ct was needed on the pecilist advice . There has been no appointment arrange no letter sent just lost for words it seems they just dont care anymore urgent means nothing to them
