"Great service from the staffing A&E"

I have had to visit A&E twice in the last month and a half. On both occasions I was triaged quickly and seen within half an hour. The staff listened to me, took the time and trouble to explain what they would do and where efficient and effective in the actions they took. Staff from specialities were called on and on both occasions I needed to be admitted. This was done without fuss and with no great delay. An example of the NHS at its best, and long may it remain a public service provided public servants.
