"Waiting times at walk in clinic shocking"

I was very disappointed when I visited a&e yesterday while we were seen to fairly quickly my husband had a X-ray taken and was sent over to the walk in clinic we waited 3 hours before been seen to there was a long gap before people were attened to and some walked out why are you referred after having a x ray would it not be better to be attened at a&e some people had x rays and had to join a line twice why the long wait better organisation needed
