"Patronising rude no empathy or compassion"

Discharged 3 times with infected open deep tissue wound leaving nerves and bone exposed without cleaning because they refuse to use a numbing cream/local anesthetic first I then go to a private clinic who are amazed that any healthcare professional would attempt to attend to the wound without local anesthetic. Staff were patronising, rude, and was left sitting for 8 hours without pain relief. I've had better care in so called "third world" countries.
