"Panic Attack??? A & E department"

About: Barnet Hospital

I had a panic attac at home last Sun evening. At least I was told that was a panic attac. Ambulance staff were great and they helped me a lot and took me to Barnet Hospital. They helped me to get in and I was passed to hospital care. A nurse left me on a chair in the draft, by the door, I felt as I could fall over the chair. I couldn't move and talk. She took my blood for test, checked blood pressure and left me there without a word. When I was able to speak a bit - after about 20 min, I asked for better place, she then asked me to follow her to general queue and shown me another chair on which I spent 4.5h waiting for seeing a doctor. I had never had a panic attac in my life and I was really scared of what happened to me. No one of the staff even asked me during these waiting hours how I was, I couldn't think clearly, I couldn't move to ask for help or glass of water. Finally about 4.30-5am I was asked into doctors room. She said my blood test were good and that she see I still shake so I have panic attac so I should go out and order a taxi for myself to go home. She said she will help me to go back to waiting room. No explanation what is happening to me and why. No checking for causes....That doctor had no feelings at all, very cold person. Up to now I do not feel good - I don't think I had panick attack, I never panicked. I have a problem with my neck and ear which is ignored by GPs and also Barnet Hospital. I feel sick, dizzy, I do have blured vision...I do read stuff on internet to find out what are my problems because I cannot count on NHS help. Second time Barnet Hospital didn't do well for my family... The first time my daughter had obvious bacterial scarlett fever as her younger sister had that a week earlier and of course I suggested doctors that she needs antibiotics - but they ignored me and said it was a virus. They said scarlet fever is a virus!!!! lack of knowledge. The next day I had to see GP and she recognised scarlett fever straight away and gave my daughter large peniciline pills packet. Should doctors in A and E be the best ones? I do not think these in Barnet are...
