"Great experience in A&E"

I've never had such an excellent experience in an A&E department (including this one). They staff were sensitive to my pain and sensitivity to light, working without the lights so I could be comfortable. A friend who accompanied me was even given biscuits and a cup of tea at midnight! My nurse was excellent, and was seemingly available at all times. Other staff - not sure what they were were attentive and polite, trying to communicate and keep me informed.
