"Great level of care for my Father"

About: East Surrey Hospital / General medicine

(as a relative),

From when the paramedics arrived to when my father passed away the staff were fantastic.

He was admitted with pneumonia caused from the cancer he had. Sister Rachel was very caring even through she was busy, doctors on shift were all there to answer any questions we had in A&E.

We were moved to a side ward where again they couldn't do enough for us, caring and supportive and we cannot fault anyone at all who was there that night. Thank you.

Dear Banksy

Thank you for taking the time to write to us at this sad time. Please accept my condolences on your father's passing. I am pleased that we were able to offer you and your father the care and support that you needed.

Kind regards

Fiona
