Apparent lack of care and many errors resulted in tragedy. From start to finish it seemed a farce. The mother was sent home in late labour. In my opinion this contributed to my Granddaughter's death. Hard to believe in this day and age that stillbirth can occur because of apparent incompetence. Investigations are ongoing at the moment into this.
