"Failure in duty of care"

About: Heartlands Hospital

Passing a patient around like a liump of meat is not what Heartlands is supposed to be about. Being ignored, put down for the wrong procedure. Is not what Heartlands is supposed to be about. Nor should the recommendation be "Oh well mistakes have been made, if you need something done go to A&E." How long should it take to get very large kidney stones to be removed? Surely not 3 months when the patient is passing blood regularly. This hospital has failed my son in its duty of care. He unfortunately does not seem to be the only one. An inquiry is needed.
