"Great service"

About: Birmingham Children's Hospital

Had to take my 7 month old to A&E last night due to increasing temperature and her being generally unwell. All the staff we came into contact with were excellent and very reassuring and helpful. Nobody made me feel like I shouldn't have brought my daughter to the department to be seen and never once felt like I was an over anxious first time Mum. Hopefully will not have to use service again but would not be phased if we had to.

Thank you for your very positive comments, we want to provide the best care we can for every child and family so it is always good to hear such excellent feedback, I have passed this on the ED team. It is a worrying time for any parent coming in to hospital so I also hope that if any other parents read this it helps to reassure them that their child will be looked after as you were.
