The nurse practitioner was amazing, the way she dealt with my son was outstanding and was reassuring us both constantly. I will never forget the treatment she gave him, with so much care and compassion, at such a stressful and emotional time. Thank you so much, you are a credit to yourself, family and the NHS. Amazing nurse. Also the paramedics were fab too, an outstanding job from start to finish.

Dear Lisa, Can I thank you for taking the time to write such a kind and thoughtful review. Your feedback will mean so much to the nurse practitioner involved in your son's care. Thanks for giving us the opportunity to make her day when we pass it on. We do hope that caring for all our patients, young or old, in a kind and compassionate way is the absolute priority of all of our staff. I am so pleased that this was true for you and that the quality of care your son received gave you all the reassurance and comfort you needed during this very stressful time. I hope you son is starting to feel so much better. I also really hope his Mum is too ! Such a scary time for you both I'm sure - so glad we could be there to help. Take care and best wishes. Annie
