"GYNAECOLOGY DEPARTMENT VISIT - 10 JULY 2014"

I was extremely anxious about having my IUD (coil) replaced at the hospital today but the staff were very patient, kind and non-judgmental. My experience turned out to be a lot less daunting than I thought it was going to be. I would recommend visiting this department instead of a sexual health clinic or GP practice to have this procedure done. I was really surprised how quickly and efficiently it was carried out. The nurse was very professional and their knowledge and experience reassured me so much and helped to calm my nerves. I can't thank them enough and would like to give credit where credit's due. My appointment was right on time with no waiting around or delays, which also put me at ease as there was no time for my anxieties to continue to grow. I will feel much less anxious when I have to attend for future appointments. I really feel that the staff today deserve to be commended for their manner and professionalism, they were very positive representatives for the NHS.
