"Quality of service"

About: Heartlands Hospital / Urology

(as a relative),

My son has kidney problems and has developed large kidney stones which were missed on two occasions in the past year. He has been pushed from pillar to post and set up for the wrong procedure which has now been put down as cancelled even though he waited hours at the hospital only to be told it was wrong for him. He has carried around a stent in his kidney tube for almost three months. Having rung the hospital today the comment he got was go to A&E as maybe someone there can help.

In my opinion, Heartlands does not deserve to have the title hospital.
