What I liked

everyone was kind from the minute I entered ward 3.Nothing was a problem to any of the staff that I had contact with.

What could be improved

I did have some difficulty when I arrived late evening, finding the entrance as the main entrance was undergoing some sort of building work.It was not at all obvious to me how to gain access.Eventually I reluctantly entered via the emergency entrance.Perhaps there were signs which I had missed.

Anything else?

I would like to thank the Dr and his team for the way the medical proceedure was conducted and in particular Nurse Consultant for her kindness and professionalism.

Thank you for your kind feedback about the service you received. I am pleased to hear that you were happy with the care provided. Please accept my profound apologies for the ongoing building works in our main entrance area. We are nearing the end of a large upgrading scheme intended to provide better disability access and improved patient amenities. I have asked my team to ensure that the signage is very clear and I am sorry if you were inconvenienced. I am grateful for this feedback so that we can improve our services where needed
