"Brilliant Team Work"

I have been a patient, and sitll am, on ward 28. The staff are absolutely brilliant, they have some difficult patients and situations to deal with and they do this extremely well, remaining calm and professional. Even though they have been busy they have taken the time to listen to my concerns and reassure me. They are all approachable and it is clear that they work well together as a team and i fell I can say that as I have been on the ward for in excess of three weeks. I have, up until now, been under the care of the doctors and the specialist GI nurse from the medical team and I can not express how commited and dedicated this team is. They have involved me in any decision I have needed to make about my care, they have been approachable, honest and open and I have felt very safe in their care. What has been nice is the continuaty in care, even when the Doctors rota changed they knew about my case and I felt they treat me as an individual which means a lot.
